Following a successful pilot programme in Kenya in November, we are recruiting a graduate or highly organised person in between jobs, who will help to ensure the smooth running of our programmes in India and Kenya next year. This is our first UK appointment, and you’ll be paramount to ensuring our successful delivery of operations in 2015.
Part based from home, part based in our own home office in Zone 2, only two minutes from the tube and rail networks, you’d be joining two young social entrepreneurs on a mission to create more social enterprises globally – and with your help we’ll be able to do just that!
Typical support required involves:
- Co-ordinating volunteer recruitment
- Social media implementation/strategy
- Attending networking events
- Research on social entrepreneurship globally
- Content creation for our unique learning curriculum
- Being the UK face of operations whilst we’re overseas delivering programmes
If you’re passionate about youth development, social entrepreneurship and want to work in the start up environment (ie unstructured, no real office, working varied and interesting tasks!) and think you’ve got the skills to deliver the above then we’d love to hear from you. Being reliable, creative, a good writer and highly organised is a bonus. And if you can start straight away, then you might just get the job.
Expenses only for initial month, and based on performance could lead to longer term contract.
